Sib-pair is a computer program for the manipulation and statistical analysis of genetic datasets. It implements a wide variety of analyses that can be applied to non-genetic data, such as generalized linear mixed models, multivariate survival analysis, log-linear modelling, conditional logistic regression, principal components analysis, polychoric and distance correlations, and a lot of mathematical distributions, eg multivariate normal, quadratic form of normals.
It also includes an embedded Scheme-In-One-Fortran-Module interpreter that can call the fortran statistical routines, and plot via the excellent EGGX X11/Win library, so recapitulating a small portion of the functionality of Luke Tierney's xlisp-stat.
